About Me

Hi!  My name is Kimberly and I am so happy you are here!  I love working with CEOs and business owners when they are serious about taking their company to the next level.

A little background on me:

I am a serial entrepreneur who has owned and operated several companies in a number of different industries, including insurance, real estate, adventure and business consulting.  My first company was started at the age of 19 while still attending Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas.  After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology, I continued to grow my insurance agency while receiving numerous regional and national awards.  While successful, I found myself disheartened by changes in the industry and decided to sell my agency in December 2000 to find something more fulfilling.  With some advice from a friend, I took a business consulting position that was offered to me and found my passion!  I loved being able to look at the internal structure and procedures of a company and see things that owners were often times too close to see themselves.  Or, just help business owners get to that next level.  It was during this time that I started to research Mastermind Groups.  What an incredible concept!  However, I noticed one particular issue, this only seemed to be available for more established companies (usually $2M gross annual revenue and up).  I wanted to change that.  I brought the nationwide organization of CEO Focus to the DFW metroplex, and was able to adapt the model to make it available for any company that was serious about growing their business.  I believe this system can be vitally important to a companies success, but only if it is truly utilized.  It is a commitment, but one that you and your company will benefit from greatly.  I can’t tell you what an incredible feeling it is for me when I see one of my clients breakthrough a plateau or land an account that they have been working on for months or even years.  Masterminds are such an incredible tool for business owners and I feel so lucky to be a part of them.

On a more personal note:

Away from career and business, I am a wife, traveler, photographer, writer, sports enthusiast, volunteer and mother of two adorable fur babies. Most recently, in my spare time, I have been working on a project that is a lifelong dream in hopes to publish a book on the subject very soon.
